A warm welcome and congratulations to Shelsie and Esteban on their recent engagement, and an extended congratulations to their respective families; Dalila and Luis D. Paulino; Ana Oppenheimer and Jose A. Soto. Shelsie, a housewife, and Esteban, a banker, were engaged on June 14, 2014 at Dumbo Pier. 'He placed a lock saying 'Marry Me Shelsie' on the gates facing the Hudson river and beautiful the city. I saw the lock and he got on one knee and propose with the ring on the lock. I was so surprising and full of tears.' The happy couple is looking forward to their June 11, 2016 Long Island wedding!
