A warm welcome and congratulations to Diana and Oscar, as well as an extended congratulations to their respective families; Rosaria Loiacono Surace and William Surace; Ana Maria Martinez. Diana, a group leader, and Oscar, with the board of education, were engaged on October 15, 2013 at Puerta Vallerta, Mexico. 'We got engaged at rhythms of the night...a beautiful atmosphere, wonderful show in the middle of the rain forest, we had a delicious candlelight dinner off the beach followed by a walk on the beach to a cliff over the water where he dropped to one knee and popped the question.' The happy couple is looking forward to their December 5, 2014 Swan Club wedding.
