!!! Briefly, on Mother's day I had to hear it from EVERY PHONE CALL I MADE!!! 'so the honeymoon is over, isn't it time for you to be a mommy?' 'Oh, you're so good with babies--when are you going to have one?' 'You're just calling to say happy mother's day? I was hoping you had good news...' These are from my family and his family!! These people are crazy!!! I kept saying through clinched teeth, 'no, no, no, not yet, we're waiting...' as if it is ANY of their d*** business!!
The best, of course, came from MY mother... We're in the car on our way to lunch and my mother says, 'so--I'm having a grandchild soon I hope? I want one SOOOOO much and I can't wait!!' My husband--who has great timing says, 'I didn't know Bianca [my sister] was pregnant!!' my mother says, 'she's not, I'm talking about the two of you!' so I said, 'you need to talk to your two other children about their life plans, sounds like you need to let THEM know that you want grandkids...' AAAGGGHHH![]()
!! Don't they get it? I don't get it... I'll never get it huh? I just want to get my d*** floors sanded!!!
