if i wear this cardigan with a white skirt, what color shoes should i wear?

SERIOUSLY!!!
I think you could wear the white skirt and white tank top - just jazz it up with some shoes....looks like a nice cranberry shoe would work!

White tank is fine, as long as same white as skirt.
If you want to get a pair of shoes that you can use more than once, try navy. If all else fails, I always wear my nude pumps.

if they're cranberry, then yes ... i think i only have black, white, or brown shoes at home. i'll take any suggestions you have
i'll take any suggestions you have though it'd have to be something that's not overly fancy so i could wear it to work without feeling way over-dressed (i usually wear jeans & sneakers so i already feel overdressed in a skirt!) .... and under $100 (the cheaper the better). Thanks

yeah preferably low ... i can usually wear a 2-3 inch heel ... any higher and i end up killing myself
