Hi girls! My husband and I are in the process of buying a house. Today we find out if we actually get the house or not. When the house was appraised it appraised for 30,000 less than the purchase price. Sellers already said that they would not come down 30,000 but we can only afford to go up a little higher so the seller will have to come down 24,000, which I am not sure will happen. We really need those prayers. I don't want to start looking all over again because this process takes soooo long and I am due with our first child in May so I would really like to be moved in before the baby comes! Please pray we get this house! Thanks girls I really appreciate it!

sending you prayers!!!! i remember sweating this out when we bought our house but our house appraised $2K more than the purchase price. i'm so sorry you're going through this
