Just wanted to give you ladies a heads up...DH and I live in NC and Irene is just leaving us THANKFULLY. But our coast is flooded out, the Outer Banks are completely separated from the rest of the state and it is SOOOO WINDY!
So even though it is only a category 1 right now and might even be less when it makes it up there, PLEASE be careful and be safe! Especially if you live by the water. If they told you to get out, PLEASE DO! The flooding is going to be the worst part I don't mean to scare anyone, but I just want everyone to be safe!

not too bad, lots of downed trees, we had no power all day. But we are more inland, so we missed the brunt of it!
