I called them this morning, and they think it was a mixup because I wasn't supposed to receive all blue rays. I also explained to them about how I am disappointed in the quality of the video, and they said they will give me the raw footage which I can have someone else edit if Id like, but the quality is still going to be the same because it was shot with the 'crappy' video camera.

So strange they won't just re-edit the footage for you instead of giving you the raw footage to have someone else re-edit it? You paid for the full service which should include revision to the footage

well they cnt revise it if thats the best they can do. thats why they gave her the footage so she can find someone else to do it.
