Re: getting additional marriage certificates
I was planning on going back to the clerks office, but not sure. I think you can mail them a letter to request additionals. Not sure if they cost anything tho.

Re: getting additional marriage certificates
You can go to the town hall you filed for your marriage license, and request additional certified copies (that have the raised seal). There is a fee, but I don't think it's more than $10 a copy

Re: getting additional marriage certificates
what dept are you in? i'm in the first and the form said to attach a copy - it didn't specify needing an original. now i'm concerned that i should have attached an original. i guess i will see, i should get my response from them soon...

i'm in the second department - it says 'attach a certified copy of your certificate of marriage registration setting forth your changed marital surname'
hmmm not sure if that means a 'copy' or an actual one

Re: getting additional marriage certificates
You can actually do it online but its $30 fee. I don't know if there is a fee if you physically go to a town hall, I would guess there is. I had to get a certified copy and I just did it online.
