btw, DH is obsessed with deep frying his own. they actually come out less greasy then when you buy them from a restuarant or do them in a frying pan
i cooked them in a frying pan and i got oil splatters EVERYWHERE!sometimes i just wonder if i could bake them but that greasy flavor won't be there that makes it so delicious

im telling you, invest in a deep fryer. it will change your life! (and less clean up too since you can just put the basin the dishwasher - at least in the fryer i have
