A warm welcome and congratulations to Rose Joseph and Joshua Alcide, and an extended congratulations to their respective families; Jean-Phillippe and Lucienne Joseph; Madeleine and Ricot Alcide. Rose, a fashion designer, and Joshua, an intake coordinator for S. U. S. Veteran department, were engaged on July 17, 2013. 'Since you always make my heart stop. I wanted you to experience that feeling at the bus stop. Thats why I dropped on one knee and asked you to spend the rest of your life with me. I felt confident that you would say yes. But couldn't help feeling nervous sweating a hot mess. Although it was very cold outside I felt uncontrollable fire inside Asking a woman of your stature to be my wife. Is something that I wished for my whole life. I know that you been through a lot of pain. That's why I want to be your sun after the rain. So my rays can dry your tears and add light to the areas that are dark. Because you are God's masterpiece in and out the perfect work of art. Your character renewed my faith in love and pierced my heart.
