We would like to welcome and congratulate Stephanie and Sean on their recent engagement. We would also like to extend our congratulations to their respective families; Brenda and Thomas; Christine and Thomas. Stephanie, a nanny from Shirley, and Sean, a teacher from Winchester, were engaged on February 12, 2014 in Winchester, VA. 'Sean was going to wait until Valentine's day to ask me to marry him but we have a long distance relationship and due to a snowstorm that was going to come, I decided to travel to him before it came. So I arrived Wednesday instead of Friday the 14th, and he was just too excited to wait. For Valentine's day I made him gluten free heart brownies, a mug and put the chocolate covered rice crispy pops I had made for him in it, so I didn't really want to wait until Friday to give them to him, or else they may have tasted a little funky. I gave him his gifts and he was sooo excited that he had to give me mine, as well. So we're sitting at his kitchen table, I'm sitting on a cheetah print beanbag and he has chocolate icing all over his face from the brownies. He gives me my gifts and I'm opening them, and the last gift is a mug with Anna from Frozen on it. There was tissue paper in it so I pulled it out and saw the ring box and was puzzled. I didn't know what to think. We had been talking about getting engaged for some time now and recently he avoided talking about it, so I didn't exactly think it'd be coming so soon. Anyway, he took out the box and was like 'stand up!'And he got down on one knee and started tearing up and then asked me. It was perfect :)' The happy couple is looking forward to their October 17, 2014 celebration of love.
