Congratulations and welcome to Joyce and Tim, and an extended congratulations to their respective families; MaryAnn and Steve; Robin and Randy. Joyce, a children's librarian from Medford, and Tim, a business owner from Middle Island, were engaged on July 25, 2013 at the Patchogue Medford Public Library. 'I walked into work before we opened, and he had a giant sign at the bottom of the stairs(as seen in the picture) and asked me to marry him! All my co-workers were in on it and were all there! I was in shock! It was a moment I'll never forget.' The happy couple are looking forward to their April 4, 2015 celebration of love.
