After 9 long years my hunny popped the big question!He took me to the 'Top of the Rock' overlooking the city skyline, it was perfect! Very excited to finally marry my best friend and to begin the journey of a Coast Guard wife! Samantha Portilla and Kelvin Quinonez were engaged on December 24, 2012 and are looking forward to their June 21, 2014 celebration of love.
