We would like to welcome and congratulate Nora Elbaz and Pierre Williams, and extend our congratulations to their respective families; Anna H. and Refat Elbaz; Barbara and Earl Williams. Nora, a print production specialist, and Pierre, an armed security guard in Federal Plaza, were engaged on December 30, 2012 in JFK airport. It was the place where they had met, so it was romantic that Pierre chose the location where they had first seen each other. The happy couple is looking to their April 12, 2014 celebration of love.
